Heuking awarded twice: Employer of the Future and Top Service
Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek, one of Germany’s major business law firms, received the “Top Service” and “Employer of the Future” awards by the German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalization (DIND). As patron of the event, Brigitte Zypries, former Federal Minister of Justice and Federal Minister of Economics, presented the awards at the ceremony in Cologne attended by representatives of leading companies.
The seals focus on the future viability of businesses in digitalization and sustainability. DIND determined the award winners on the basis of a multi-stage points system: The “Top Service” award examines criteria such as availability, speed, and problem-solving skills. For the “Employer of the Future” award, DIND assessed businesses in terms of their innovative strength, the status of digital transformation, employee friendliness, modern leadership, and recruiting strategies.
The “Employer of the Future” award is a recognition of Heuking’s successful approach of future-oriented thinking and digital innovation. The expert jury comprised of members from business, science, and politics specifically highlighted the law firm’s success in Legal Tech & Digitalization.
