Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek criminal law partners publish in the Munich Lawyer's Handbook "Defense in White Collar & Criminal Compliance Matters"

Dr. Dieter Bohnert and Dr. André-M. Szesny, LL.M. wrote a chapter on the procedure in criminal tax cases in the Munich Lawyer's Handbook "Defense in White Collar & Criminal Compliance Matters" that was published in a new edition. In light of the increasing prosecution of tax offenses, in part through the purchase of "data CD's" and the use of information leaks at foreign banks, procedural law in criminal tax proceedings has assumed center stage in legal practice. The chapter deals with special features of procedural law in criminal tax proceedings and takes account of current developments and innovations in criminal compliance law.

Dr. Dieter Bohnert und Dr. André-M. Szesny, LL.M. are heading Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek's White Collar and Criminal Compliance Practice Group. They advise and defend individuals and companies both preventively as well as in commercial criminal proceedings.
