HEUKING relies on generative artificial intelligence throughout the law firm

HEUKING is expanding the use of generative artificial intelligence (AI) to the entire firm after a highly successful three-month pilot phase with the AI tools Harvey AI and Microsoft Copilot. In this way, HEUKING is sending a clear signal for innovation and future viability in the legal market.

The use of Harvey AI and Microsoft Copilot has proven to be a valuable support for HEUKING's workflows in the pilot phase: Harvey AI, for example, in the analysis and summarization of documents and the creation of legal content, Microsoft Copilot in the more efficient completion of tasks within the framework of Microsoft applications.

During the pilot phase, a large team of partners, lawyers, business service employees and assistants intensively tested the AI tools and developed best practices to identify fields of application and thus be able to make optimal use of AI at HEUKING. The extensive use of AI tools during the pilot phase has shown that their application leads to a significant increase in efficiency.

"The results we achieved in the pilot phase with the AI tools Harvey AI and Copilot are extremely promising," says Dr. Johan Schneider, Managing Partner for the Organization of Business Processes, Digitalization, Legal Tech and Knowledge Management. "We are pleased to now give all colleagues the opportunity to use the advantages of generative AI. We are convinced that Harvey AI and Microsoft Copilot will make our way of working even more efficient and enable us to offer our clients innovative solutions to their legal concerns."

HEUKING is proud to be at the cutting edge of technology with Harvey AI and Microsoft Copilot and to actively drive digital transformation in the legal market.
