Gas Network Access

The Federal Network Agency had to decide on whether the cooperation agreement between operators of supply networks on the regulation of access to the gas network was permissible. In this proceeding, Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek represented the interests of Stadtwerke Hannover AG.
