Accentro issues EUR 100 million corporate bond with Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek
With a team led by Dr. Thorsten Kuthe, Partner at the firm's Cologne office, Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advised Accentro Real Estate AG on issuing a EUR 100 million corporate bond. Accentro intends to use the net proceeds from the issue primarily to finance the acquisition of new real estate assets in Germany.
ODDO BHF SCA issued the bond with a term of three years as part of a private placement. It is Accentro's largest debt financing measure on the capital market to date.
Berlin-based Accentro Real Estate AG specializes in creating and marketing existing residential properties with a local focus on the Berlin housing market. Founded in 1993, the company is listed on the Prime Standard segment of Frankfurt Stock Exchange and had already been advised by Dr. Thorsten Kuthe during its IPO.
