Hallesche Wohnungsgesellschaft: issuance of promissory notes
With a Frankfurt-based team led by Partner Thomas K. Schrell, business law firm Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek comprehensively advised Hallesche Wohnungsgesellschaft (HWG) on issuing two promissory notes.
Norddeutsche Landesbank Girozentrale assumed the arrangement of the fixed-interest promissory note loans. The loan tranches have terms of seven and ten years. The financing is intended to be used for general corporate funding and the refinancing of existing financial liabilities.
HWG is a municipal housing company and, with 17,800 apartments, the largest landlord in the city of Halle (Saale).
