Heuking advises HAVI on contract negotiations for implementation of the “Infor WMS” warehouse management system

A team led by Michael Kuska and Marcel Maybaum, both lawyers at Heuking’s Düsseldorf office, advised logistics company HAVI on its negotiations about the introduction of Infor’s cloud-based warehouse management system (“Infor WMS”).

HAVI intends to implement Infor WMS in more than 50 distribution centers in Europe and Japan by the end of 2026. The solution is expected to help HAVI continually improve service, efficiency and operational resilience at these sites, thus providing for highest IT security standards, 24/7 service availability, optimal operational efficiency, and food safety and traceability throughout the supply chain.

The multi-tenant solution is powered by AWS (Amazon Web Services) and provides monthly updates, ensuring that Infor WMS is always up to date. Workforce scheduling and management are also integrated into Infor WMS for more effective and efficient management of service requests.
