Private Assets SE & Co. KGaA plans to acquire the Climate Ceiling Solutions division from Switzerland’s Zehnder Group AG via a holding company. The acquisition, which also includes Zehnder Climate Ceiling Solutions SAS, covering operations in France, is pending approvals and requirements .
