Heuking advises MCon Group AG on sale of MCon Managed Services division to CONVOTIS GmbH

A team led by Heuking M&A partner Dr. Mathias Schröder provided comprehensive advice to MCon Group AG on the sale of its Managed Services division to CONVOTIS Group. The Managed Services business, which included MCon’s German and Moroccan subsidiaries, provides Infrastructure-as-a-Service services to clients across many industries including automotive.

MCon Group AG was established in the year 2010 in St. Gall, Switzerland.
