Heuking advises WV Energie AG on the sale of PSG Procurement Services GmbH to French-based Epsa group
A team led by Dr. Stefan Duhnkrack, Partner at Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek in Hamburg, advised Bad Vilbel WV Energie AG, on the sale of PSG Group, Lohmar, with its German and Swiss subsidiaries. The parties agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
PSG is the pioneer and market leader in the outsourcing of procurement services via online platforms and tools within the German-speaking market.
With its Epsa Marketplace brand, EPSA has been the European market leader in outsourcing non-strategic purchasing since the acquisition of Experbuy in 2018. This complementary acquisition and now more than 360 employees and sales of more than EUR 500 million will make Epsa the leading global player in this market.
Heuking regularly advises WV Energie on its transactions, most recently on the sale of project company KNK Wind GmbH for the planned Baltic Sea wind farm Arcadis Ost 1 to Belgian project developer and offshore wind farm operator Parkwind in 2018.
