Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advises Advano GmbH on issuing the "BenefitCard Premium"

Dominik Eickemeier, Partner at Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek's Cologne office, advised Advano GmbH on developing an incentive model for employees. In matters of banking law, he was supported by Dr. Thorsten Kuthe, also Partner at the Cologne office.
 
Advano GmbH develops and sells voucher and card solutions for the B2B sector. The incentive model that has now been created centers around the "BenefitCard Premium" that allows employees to receive tax-free non-cash benefits as a pay component and the employer to save on incidental wage cost. "The Benefit Card can be used wherever MasterCard is accepted, thus at more than 450,000 acceptance partners in Germany," said Roland Morizet, an established expert for pay components optimized for social security purposes and Advano GmbH's General Manager since 2012.
