Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advises founding shareholders of Logit Services GmbH on sale of shares
The founding shareholders of Logit Services GmbH, specializing in value-added services in high-tech logistics, headquartered at Neuss, sold 19 percent of its shares to majority shareholder syncreon International Group.
syncreon, a worldwide operating Irish logistics company, thereby increases its stake to 70 percent and thus considerably steps up its presence in Germany. It also represents a strengthening of worldwide business in which GenNx 360 Capital Partners is also involved. The purchase price was not disclosed.
As with the initial investment of syncreon group, the founding shareholders of Logit Services GmbH were represented by Dr. Stefan Duhnkrack (M&A, Lead), Partner at Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek in Hamburg, and Dr. Cai Niklaas Harders (Corporate), also lawyer at the firm’s Hamburg office.
