The PlusServer-group offers webhosting and provides individual managed-hosting-solutions and hybride Cloud solutions for business customers. GoDaddy Inc. had acquired PlusServer-group in 2017 in connection with the acquisition of the Host Europe-group.
GoDaddy is a listed American group with headquarters in Scottsdale, USA. GoDaddy is the worlds largest domain name registrar and powers the world largest cloud platform dedicated to small, independent ventures and has more than 6,000 employees worldwide. GoDaddy focus on mass hosting business with private clients and small, independent ventures. The sale of the PlusServer-group is in line with GoDad-dy’s strategy to focus on its core business.
