Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek Advises JAXX AG on Merger to Societas Europaea

JAXX AG changed its legal form of organization into a European public-limited liability company (Societas Europaea).

As of today, its company name will be JAXX SE. The transformation reflects the increasing international diversification of JAXX SE’s business. The company’s principal place of business will continue to be in Schleswig-Holstein. It will merely be moved from Altenholz to Kiel.
JAXX SE is a financial holding company and has investments in various gaming companies.
