Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek Advises LEO II Fund on the Acquisition of Alba Facility Solutions GmbH and Alba Property Management GmbH
A team of advisors led by Cologne-based private equity partner Dr. Andreas Lenz advised Munich-based investor Lenbach Equity Opportunities II. GmbH & Co KG ("LEO II Fund") on the acquisition of Berlin-based Alba Facility Solutions GmbH and Alba Property Solutions GmbH from Interzero Group.
The acquired companies are each active in the Facility Solutions sector, at various locations in Germany. The acquired companies will operate under the names ATOZ Facility Solutions GmbH and ATOZ Property Management GmbH in the future.
The seller, Interzero Group, is one of the leading environmental service providers in Germany, which intends to focus on its core business in the areas of recycling and zero waste. The activities in the plant and real estate business will no longer serve the realignment of the company.
