Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advises Organic Garden AG on the acquisition of f.e.b. GmbH from nutrition expert and chef Holger Stromberg

A team led by Dr. Mathias Schröder, Partner at the Munich office of law firm Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek, comprehensively advised Organic Garden AG on the acquisition of all shares in f.e.b. GmbH from nutrition expert and chef Holger Stromberg. The parties agreed not to disclose the purchase price. As part of the acquisition, Holger Stromberg will join the Organic Garden AG team as CCO (Chief Culinary Officer).
