HEUKING advises disphere interactive GmbH on acquisition of marketing agency JOW with subsequent reinvestment and capital increase

A team led by Dr. Mathias Schröder, Partner at HEUKING’s Munich office, advised disphere interactive GmbH on the acquisition of all shares in Otte & Wedler GmbH from the company’s founders and sole shareholders. The parties agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

The team from Otte & Wedler GmbH will now operate as a fully integrated part of disphere in Hamburg, collectively offering tangible solutions for the communication challenges faced by insurers, intermediaries, brokers, pools, and customers.

The two previous shareholders of Otte & Wedler GmbH received a stake in disphere interactive GmbH through a capital increase. HEUKING advised comprehensively on this transaction as well.
