Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek continues to expand and increases the areas of Banking Law and Finance
Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek welcomes Dr. Guido Hoffmann (35) to the Banking Law and Finance Practice Group. As of March 2012, Hoffmann will join the law firm as Equity Partner in Düsseldorf and Frankfurt and will support the continued expansion of the banking law and finance practice.
Guido Hoffmann has long-standing experience advising national and international companies, banks and equity investors, particularly in acquisition, real estate and infrastructure financing as well as in restructuring and refinancing. From 2005 to 2011, Hoffmann worked as lawyer at Clifford Chance in Düsseldorf and currently works at SZA Schilling, Zutt & Anschütz in Frankfurt.
"In Dr. Hoffmann we have gained an entrepreneurial partner with a sound network who is highly skilled and with his assistance we will be able to develop the existing business potential in advising companies, financial institutions and investors even better," said Dr. Andreas Urban, Managing Partner of Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek.
"With a dynamic and highly qualified team, Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek offers an ideal platform in the financing-relevant areas of M&A/Private Equity, Restructuring, Taxes and Real Estate/Infrastructure. The lawyers and competences available in the law firm speak for themselves," Hoffmann commented his impending move to Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek.
Hoffmann is already the fourth partner joining the firm in 2012. He will also be working at the strongly growing Frankfurt office that Günther M. Bredow with his M&A team had joined as Partner in January 2012.
