Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek in Frankfurt is joined by employment law specialists from Lovells

Law firm Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek expands its Employment Law practice in Frankfurt. Bernd Weller (35), specialist attorney for employment law, will join the law firm's Frankfurt office as Salaried Partner as of mid-May 2009. 

Prior to his move, he had been employed by Lovells in Frankfurt from 2003 to 2009. Weller provides advice in all aspects of collective and individual employment law and represents his clients before all German labor courts, in arbitration committees and in interest reconciliation and social compensation plan negotiations as well as in collective bargaining. The focus of his activities lies in collective employment law, in particular in issues of industrial relations law.
