Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek represents RPC Group in Sale of Bramlage Verschlüsse GmbH

RPC Group Plc, listed on the London Stock Exchange, sold its Bramlage Verschlüsse GmbH, Lohne, manufacturing operation to Rauh GmbH & Co KG last week.

RPC is Europe's leading supplier of rigid plastic packaging products. The group has operations in Europe and the U.S. Its product range covers all forms of rigid plastic packaging. The company has 51 manufacturing plants and six separate sales and distribution centers.  

Bramlage Verschlüsse GmbH makes bottle caps and closures, mainly for customers in the wine, champagne, sparkling wine and spirits industries. The sale allows RPC Group to focus more closely on its core business.

In the transaction, RPC Group was legally advised by Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek's Hamburg-based lawyers Dr. Peter Christian Schmidt (Lead) and Dr. Julius Wedemeyer in the field of M&A and by Dr. Anke Reich in the field of IP.
