HEUKING reinforces its Health Care practice – experienced in-house lawyer Klaus-Georg Baier joins Munich office as Senior Counsel

Effective February 1, 2024, Dr. Klaus-Georg Baier will join HEUKING as Senior Counsel. He will reinforce the established Health Care team at the Munich office with a focus on Regulatory, Transactions, and Compliance and will in particular support Partners Boris Dürr and Dr. Oliver Treptow, who are already advising in this field.

Klaus-Georg Baier had been Head of Legal at Schön Klinik group since 2007. Schön Klinik group, which employs more than 12,000 individuals and generates in excess of one billion euros in annual revenue, is among the largest administrators of private hospitals.
