HEUKING’s Munich office expanding with Michael Auer as Salaried Partner

Michael Auer (38) will join HEUKING’s Munich office as a Salaried Partner starting in July 2024. Formerly with SKW Schwarz, Auer will bolster the team led by Dr. Carsten Schrader, specializing in construction and real estate law.

Michael Auer has served as Counsel at SKW Schwarz since 2022, advising national and international medium-sized companies, project developers, private and institutional investors, and family offices, with a focus on real estate law. He specializes in construction law, real estate transactions, commercial tenancy law, and legal support for project developments.

Prior to joining SKW Schwarz, Auer worked at Grant Thornton in Munich, where he was practicing in real estate law, commercial tenancy law, litigation, and out-of-court dispute resolution.

With the addition of Michael Auer, the Munich office now comprises 26 Equity Partners and 21 Salaried Partners.
