Dr. Peters Group completes first acquisition for new neighborhood shopping fund with HEUKING

A HEUKING team from the Hamburg office led by Julia Cramer and Dr. Sönke Görgens legally supported and advised Dortmund-based Dr. Peters Group on the acquisition of a neighborhood shopping center in Beckum, Westphalia. This marks the first acquisition for the newly launched neighborhood shopping fund “Immobilienportfolio Deutschland II.” The purchase price for the shopping center that spans an area of 7,500 square meters was EUR 11 million. Anchor tenants include REWE, ALDI Nord, and tedox.
