RTC, advised by HEUKING, acquires DIM Deutsche Fonds Management GmbH

A Hamburg-based HEUKING team led by Julia Cramer, Salaried Partner, legally advised RTC | Alternative Invest GmbH on its acquisition of DIM Deutsche Fonds Management GmbH. Operating as RTC | Deutsche Fonds Management GmbH, the company will offer its services also to third parties in the future.

RTC group, headquartered in Bremen, is an association of business consulting and service companies that combines management consultants, auditors, tax consultants and lawyers as well as fund and investment management services. The group currently comprises ten companies at six sites in Germany and in London, where some 190 experts are offering interdisciplinary services.

Berlin-based DIM Deutsche Fonds Management GmbH is a fund management company operating throughout Germany. It specializes in the administration and asset management of investment funds and SPVs in the residential and commercial real estate asset classes, particularly for investors and on behalf of third parties such as banks.

The team led by Julia Cramer has also been retained several times by RTC | Alternative Invest GmbH’s managing shareholder, Kai Dührkop, with whom HEUKING jointly organizes its annual Update on Capital Market Regulation in Hamburg.
