LINDHORST group – Refinancing

With a Frankfurt-based team led by partner Thomas K. Schrell, business law firm Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advised Sparkasse Hannover on the refinancing of loan funds (in the mid double-digit million range) for LINDHORST group.

Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek comprehensively advised the lender in drafting, structuring, negotiating, and implementing the entire financing documentation.

The credit lines have a term of 3 and 6 years. In addition to the redemption and refinancing of existing loan liabilities at group level, the financing is designed to finance the group’s general working capital requirements and the intended further expansion in the coming years.

LINDHORST is an owner-managed family- business offering services in agriculture, bioenergy, real estate, and senior care. The company is headquartered in Winsen (Aller) in the district of Celle.
