Systemhaus Bissinger strengthens Liberta Partners’ portfolio
A Heuking team led by Dr. Hermann Ali Hinderer legally advised the shareholders of Systemhaus Bissinger GmbH comprehensively on the acquisition by Liberta Partners. The buyer was backed by Bayerische Beteiligungsgesellschaft (BayBG).
Following its recent acquisition of KKS Kemmler Kopier Systeme GmbH, Liberta Partners is expanding its portfolio by adding Systemhaus Bissinger, another specialist for print and IT solutions.
