Municipal nursing home in Itzehoe - investor selection procedure

The administrative union of Steinburg District and of the city of Itzehoe carried out an investor selection procedure for a nursing home under their administration. We were commissioned to carry out the procedure and to individualize suitable investors considering subsidy law and to arrange the key money.
