Dr. Vera Randel is a Salaried Partner at HEUKING's Cologne office.
She provides comprehensive advice on general corporate law, in particular Stock Corporation and Limited Liability Company Law, with a focus on litigation before national courts (Corporate and Commercial Litigation) and advising French clients on the German market. She also provides support for national and cross-border M&A and private equity transactions, as well as transformation processes.
Before starting her career, Vera Randel studied in France and the USA, where she also completed her doctorate. She speaks fluent French and English.
