Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advises LEO II fund on acquisition of promedi Personalmanagement GmbH

A team led by Cologne-based Private Equity partner Dr. Andreas Lenz advised Munich-based investor Lenbach Equity Opportunities II GmbH & Co KG (“LEO II.”) on its acquisition of Cologne-based recruiter promedi Personalmanagement GmbH from RIW group.

The acquisition went into effect on July 31, 2023.

promedi Personalmanagement GmbH, based in Cologne, is a full-service staffing firm focusing on the medical professions and geriatric care, as well as care and education. promedi has over 600 external employees and serves an extensive client base that includes leading hospitals and elderly care facilities.

The seller, RIW group, is a Cologne-based family-owned provider of industrial services, facility services, and personnel services.
