Mark Rossbroich is a Salaried Partner in HEUKING's Cologne office.
He specializes in national and cross-border M&A and private equity transactions, including structured corporate acquisitions, public takeovers and joint venture constellations. A further focus of his work is the comprehensive advice of start-ups, scale-ups and their investors in the area of venture capital through all growth phases (financing rounds, convertible loans, employee participation, exits, etc.). He also regularly advises on corporate law issues and corporate litigation.
He makes use of his dual admission as a German Rechtsanwalt and solicitor (England & Wales) as well as his experience from numerous complex transactions over many years to provide his clients with comprehensive, innovative and efficient advice.
