Qualifications/Current topics
Philipp Schröler is an experienced patent litigator and conducts patent infringement and validity proceedings before the national courts, the Unified Patent Court and the patent offices. In 2023, he has been selected by the Federal Circuit Bar Association (FCBA) as a Global Fellow 2023/2024. The FCBA's Global Fellows program is directed at experienced patent lawyer with a strong international focus to their practice. Each year, the FCBA accepts 24 applicants into the program who have been identified as "potential future leaders."
