A-List: Dr. Martin Imhof is among the 100 best international India specialists again this year

For the fourth time in a row, Dr. Martin Imhof, Partner at Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek, has been recognized as a specialist for India-related transactions. India Business Law Journal again included him in the International A-List 2022. The exclusive A-List lists the top 100 India-focused lawyers worldwide.

In the recently held 6^th Indo-German Inter-Governmental Consultations in Berlin, Chancellor Scholz and Prime Minister Modi highlighted their commitment to expand and further strengthen the close political and economic cooperation between Germany and India. The two countries also agreed on an Indo-German Migration and Mobility Partnership for the exchange of skilled workers and signed a declaration of intent on Indo-German hydrogen cooperation. The German government emphasized that India is a key partner for Germany.

To identify the top 100 international India experts, India Business Law Journal turned to hundreds of lawyers at Indian law firms, as well as thousands of India-focused and international in-house counsel and asked them for nominations. The final A-List reflects the nominations received, combined with India Business Law Journal editorial team’s more than 30 years’ collective experience in analyzing the Indian legal market.
