Both sides are also committed to entering into an EU-India free trade agreement. The Chancellor further intends to recruit IT professionals from India to work in Germany. Scholz generally wants to strengthen relations between Germany and India, the world’s second most populous country. The efforts are aimed at reducing Germany’s dependencies on China, but also at freeing India from its close ties to Russia.
The “A-List” was published in the May issue of the India Business Law Journal, which is now available as a digital edition here.
