WirtschaftsWoche has named HEUKING partner Dr. Martin Imhof as a top lawyer in the “Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)” category in its 2024 ranking. HEUKING is one of the most renowned law firms for M&A.
Last month, WirtschaftsWoche had already named Dr. Martin Imhof and HEUKING as top lawyer and leading law firm for corporate law 2024.
The Corporate/M&A practice group advises national and international corporates and investors (private equity and venture capital funds, family offices, investment clubs and business angels) on company acquisitions, public takeovers and joint ventures, management buy-outs and other M&A transactions, both on the buy and sell side. We support our clients in all relevant transaction steps, including structured sales and auction processes, tax structuring and the conclusion of W&I insurances.
The practice group's corporate law advice ranges from corporate housekeeping, capital measures and mergers to legal and tax advice on complex transactions.
For the ranking, the Handelsblatt Research Institute surveyed over 5,200 lawyers from 246 law firms about their most renowned M&A colleagues. According to the jury's assessment, 53 law firms with 93 lawyers came out on top.
