Domicil acquires residential complex in Munich’s Johanneskirchen district

A team led by Dr. Peter Vocke, Partner at Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek, advised Domicil Real Estate Group on the acquisition of a residential building in Munich’s Johanneskirchen district as part of a share deal. The building will be a part of the asset and portfolio manager’s own portfolio. The residential complex has been sold by a family office. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
  
The property, built in 1990, comprises 4,250 square meters and has 60 residential units with 60 parking spaces in an underground car park. The residential building is currently fully rented out. The Johanneskirchen residential area is close to Unterföhring, where media groups ProSiebenSat.1, Sky, and Kirchmedia are based. The city center and the English Garden can be reached quickly by the S-Bahn urban railway system.
