Foreign trade law and Collective litigation: Heuking launches two topic cluster pages
From agency law to zoning law. From expertise in substantive law to effective project management. Business law firm Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek launches two new topic cluster pages on its www.heuking.de website this week.
The one topic cluster covers the entire range of foreign trade law, including in particular customs law, export control and embargoes, investment control, foreign trade criminal law, anti-money laundering law, investment protection, and compliance with foreign trade law. Website visitors will find the right contact person for each field of law. The site is also focusing on the recent Russia sanctions imposed by the EU and its allies.
The focus cluster “Project management for defense in collective litigation” provides an overview of the firm’s services in collective litigation proceedings, such as in the automotive industry or in shareholder actions. Over many years, Heuking’s lawyers have acquired knowledge and experience, successfully tested in practice by handling a series of collective litigation cases. At peak times, more than 200 peers were involved in collective litigation proceedings.
Neither of these subject areas is new to the firm; the lawyers at Heuking have been working on them for years. Now this expertise is also reflected on the website.
