Heuking gains Salaried Partner for Commercial Disputes: Christina Nitsche joins Munich office

Effective September 1, Christina Nitsche will commence working at Heuking’s Munich office. She joins the firm from Peters, Schönberger und Partner, where she also held the position of Salaried Partner.

Christina Nitsche possesses extensive experience in the field of Commercial Disputes, with a particular focus on multinational matters. As a leading advisor in Advertising and Media Agency Contracts, she represents renowned advertising clients in Media Buying. Ms. Nitsche’s advisory practice also encompasses comprehensive counsel to startups and emerging technology firms on topics relating to Digital Business.

Christina Nitsche started her legal career at Bird & Bird. Subsequently, she also held positions at Noerr and Reed Smith.

At Heuking, Christina Nitsche will further develop her expertise in Advertising and Digital Business, specifically in collaboration with the accomplished teams headed by Dr. Thomas Jansen (Digitalization/Commercial) and Boris Dürr (M&A).
