Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advises Baden-Württemberg on the awarding of additional regional passenger transport networks

At the end of December 2014, Transport Minister Winfried Hermann placed additional bids regarding regional passenger transport. Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advises the state of Baden-Württemberg also on these procedures.

Already in July 2014, the bidding of the Stuttgart networks had started - with huge success. Now the Stuttgart-Ulm-Lake Constance, Gäu-Murr, Donau-Ostalb and Breisgau-East-West networks were published. All in all, services of 65 million train kilometers will be advertised for bids from 2014 to 2016.
