Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advises BAWOAG on the sale of a residential complex in Herne

A team led by Dr. Frank Baßler, Partner at Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek’s Stuttgart office, successfully advised BAWOAG GmbH Co & KG aA on the sale of a residential complex consisting of several buildings to ARSLAN group.

The transaction was carried out as an asset deal. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

Bochum-based BAWOAG has been investing primarily in the Ruhr metropolitan region since 2010 and intends to expand its portfolio in the coming years to continue on its growth path by acquiring further properties in the region.

Dr. Mirko Sickinger, LL.M., Partner at the Cologne office, has been advising BAWOAG in stock corporation law and capital markets law for some time. The team led by Dr. Frank Baßler has repeatedly advised BAWOAG on real estate transactions.
