Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advises the investors of MEP led by entrepreneur Ralf Schulte on sale to special fund of Munich-based Real I.S. Group

A team headed by real estate partner Dr. Peter Vocke of Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advised the investors led by entrepreneur Ralf Schulte on the sale of the "Die MEP - Der Einkaufsdiamant im Emsland" shopping center as part of a "limited selection procedure" to a special fund of Munich-based Real I.S. group.
 
MEP, an inner-city project development, was initiated by investors in 2010. In addition to a shopping center with 45 lease units on a sales floor of about 16,000 square meters, it comprises an underground parking garage and a promenade directly at the port with numerous restaurant units. Anchor tenants are, in addition to Media Markt and C&A, Edeka and well-known retailers such as Tailly Weijl, Tom Tailor, New Yorker and Deichmann.
