Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek at ITechLaw Asia-Pacific Conference in Bangalore

One of the most prestigious international conferences in information technology was held again in 2015 – ITechLaw Asia Pacific Conference in Bangalore. From January 28 to 30, 2015, the Indian practice led by Dr. Martin Imhof, partner at Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek's Düsseldorf office, was also on site.

Lawyers, in-house counsel and company representatives discussed the latest developments and trends in regulatory, commercial and technology law that form the market environment for the rising industries in India and Asia.

Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek supported the conference at the Indian high-tech location Bangalore and, in addition to Imhof, was represented by Dr. Philip Kempermann and Rudolf du Mesnil de Rochemont. Imhof presented a lecture on the future of IT outsourcing projects, while Philip Kempermann primarily collaborated in the conference's committees.

Already in the days prior, Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek's Indian practice presented itself to interested parties in Bangalore and met clients. In a client workshop jointly organized with Indian law firm Fox Mandal, Imhof and du Mesnil discussed current matters on data security and Indian investments in Germany.
