India Business Law Journal: Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek once again named “Top International Law Firm”
In its 14th edition, trade magazine India Business Law Journal once again recognized Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek as a “Top International Law Firm”.
In its “Intelligence Report”, the trade magazine recommends foreign law firms for their India-related transactions. India Business Law Journal compiles its lists of awardees on the basis of its own research and a survey conducted among law firms and Indian companies. More than 600 law firms worldwide were analyzed in the past twelve months for this year’s edition.
The Indian economy is also severely affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. The situation was aggravated by a renewed lockdown in economic centers such as Bangalore or the industrial city of Pune. The IMF forecasts a 4.5% decline in Indian GDP. Additionally, a large number of varying regional restrictions have replaced nationally uniform corona rules, which is impeding transactions of Indian and international businesses. The resulting uncertainties are a challenge that we, as successful legal advisors in the Indian business, are actively counteracting.
Earlier this year, Heuking’s India Desk, in particular Dr. Martin Imhof, was already recognized. In March, the Düsseldorf-based partner and head of the India Desk was named one of the 100 best India special-ists by India Business Law Journal.
The digital issue of the Intelligence Report with an overview of the top law firms can be found on the website of the India Business Law Journal.
