Revolution in due diligence – roadshow concluded

13 events in 11 cities in 6 European countries: This is the impressive summary of the "Revolution in Due Diligence" roadshow that was held across Europe from May 2 to July 4, 2017. At the events, organized by Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek and Drooms, experts discussed how software and IT-based solutions will be influencing the due diligence process in the future and the added value for clients from the technical innovations.
 
New legal challenges arising from technology and the impact of legal tech on the work of law firms were also discussed. "We are looking back at a successful range of events. Participants were highly interested in the topic of legal tech and in part even surprised, when they realized the technological options available today," said Dr. Peter Vocke, organizer of the roadshow at Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek and partner at the Düsseldorf office. "The seminars also offer a great platform for exchanging ideas with attendees and for finding out more about their experiences and needs."
 
At the three-hour events, a total of some 80 participants in cities such as Luxemburg, Zurich, and Milan also heard everything there is to know about strategies to minimize risk and liability, legal do's & don'ts, intelligent data processing, and real-time translations.
