WirtschaftsWoche: HEUKING asserts itself as a top law firm in the field of restructuring

In its current issue, WirtschaftsWoche once again honors Prof. Dr. Georg Streit, Partner in HEUKING's Munich office, as a top lawyer in the field of restructuring. HEUKING is once again one of the top law firms in this field.

Through a survey of over 1,600 lawyers in 166 law firms, the Handelsblatt Research Institute (HRI) has compiled a list of the most renowned lawyers, including in the field of restructuring. The final list, which was reviewed by a jury of experts and has now been published in WirtschaftsWoche, includes 35 law firms and 54 recommended lawyers in the field of restructuring.

Prof. Dr. Streit, who is also a lecturer in insolvency law and restructuring at the University of Mannheim, heads the Restructuring practice group at HEUKING. This consists of lawyers and tax advisors with special experience and qualifications in the field of insolvency law as well as restructuring and restructuring.
