Agreement on “Fortuna Köln” trademarks

Dr. Georg Jacobs, Partner at Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek, successfully represented S.C. Fortuna Köln e.V. in a dispute relating to contracts under trademark law and various registered trademarks. of the club were facing each other. The opposing parties, Fortuna Köln and a former investor, agreed in negotiations on the existing disputes concerning the trademarks that, among other things, all trademarks will be registered to “Fortuna Köln” in the future.
