CA Immo acquires office property in Düsseldorf’s city centre

A team led by Dr. Marc Scheunemann, Partner at Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek, advised CA Immo on the acquisition of an office property in Düsseldorf’s city centre. 

The architecturally sophisticated office building at Kasernenstrasse 67 was previously the headquarter of Handelsblatt Media Group and comprises approximately 10,400 square meters of rental space. As part of its comprehensive refurbishment carried out in 2019/2020, the building was upgraded to state-of-the-art for office working environments. Since then, the building serves as the corporate headquarters for one of Germany's leading Fin Tech companies.

The seller is a fund managed by Blue Colibri Capital S.à r.l.
