DATAGROUP, advised by Heuking, acquires iT TOTAL AG

A team led by Dr. Rainer Herschlein and Benedikt Raisch legally advised DATAGROUP SE on the acquisition of iT TOTAL AG. DATAGROUP thus expands its footprint in southwest Germany and enhances its position with attractive customers and experienced IT professionals.

iT TOTAL AG is the 33^rd acquisition for the Pliezhausen-based IT specialists since DATAGROUP’s IPO in 2006. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

Established in 1999, iT TOTAL employs 35 people and generates annual sales of some eleven million euros. The company’s Managed Services division is expanding at a rapid pace, complementing its existing IT projects and trade business with related service sales. By leveraging CORBOX, a well-established modular array of services that encompasses the entire range of corporate IT, DATAGROUP is a suitable partner to facilitate the progression of iT TOTAL into a full-service provider and to subsequently offer its clientele an even more extensive assortment of IT services.
