ESTAVIS AG places another bond issue with Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek

ESTAVIS AG recently placed a EUR 10 million bond issue. The international private placement transaction was exclusively offered to institutional investors. The offering had been oversubscribed already at opening. The coupon rate of the one-year bonds is 11%. The corporation was legally advised again by Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek, with Cologne-based partner Dr. Thorsten Kuthe and lawyer Sarah Winkel.
 
The proceeds of the issue will primarily be used to finance the acquisition of a real estate portfolio in Berlin, which will mark yet another significant step forward in ESTAVIS AG's expansion strategy.
