Heuking advises Consent on the acquisition of a retail park in Frankfurt-Gelnhausen
A team led by Dr. Armin Freiherr von Grießenbeck advised Consent Retail Invest GmbH on the acquisition of "Barbarossa-Center," a retail park in Gelnhausen, as part of an asset deal. The center is located in the suburbs of Frankfurt and offers about 6,400 square meters of rental space and a parking lot with 230 spots for customers.
