Heuking advises WIRTGEN INVEST on the acquisition of A-ROSA wellness resort on Sylt

A team led by Dr. Peter Vocke, Partner at the Düsseldorf office, legally advised family office WIRTGEN INVEST HOLDING GmbH on the acquisition of five-star hotel A-ROSA in List on Sylt from Deutsche Immobilien Invest Hotel Fonds GmbH & Co. KG mutual fund in an asset deal.

Since its opening in 2010, the hotel has been operated by DSR Hotel Holding under a long-term lease. As an established wellness resort, it has 177 high-quality hotel rooms and top-comfort suites, two restaurants featuring regional cuisine, as well as an extensive spa and wellness offering and an exclusive pool area. Located in the immediate vicinity of the Wadden Sea, the hotel is nestled in the island’s unspoiled dune landscape.
